ZAC Machine Operator – Wyomissing, PA

SFS Group USA Inc is looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our ZAC Department in Wyomissing, PA on 2nd Shift.

Objectives

Actively supports and represents the SFS Group USA brand by performing the daily duties on the principle of the SFS corporate model and values brand

Principal duties

Setup, operation, and loading of machinery

Reading, releasing and confirming work orders

Perform daily preventative maintenance checklist before start up

Follows applicable work instructions and safety guidelines

Utilizing SAP system to match work order to items being manufactured

Actively prevents and detects potential quality problems

Machine changeover

Loading and emptying of components

Performs material handling tasks including reading and understanding KanBan replenishment system

Cross training between departments as required by business demands

Weekly cleaning as required

Other duties as assigned.
