Production Lead

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for recognizing, alerting, and correcting safety concerns of the department (adhering to all PPE requirements)

Lead Pre-Shift production meetings and communication for the department.

Execute smooth and efficient start-up and transition to the next shift

Delegating job responsibilities based on production needs

Prioritizing running and racking rushes and remakes to ensure order completion

Maintaining a clean and organized production floor

Attend Team lead Meetings daily.

Print production tags, organize and pass them out

Pass out Remakes and Rushes as they are turned in

Ensure quality checks are being performed.

Provide support to ensure operators meet/exceed goals.

Ensure new employees are being properly trained.
