About the Role:

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding homeowners through their remodeling journey. Meeting with pre-qualified leads, you’ll present tailored solutions using state-of-the-art technology to design and sell our premium bath products. This is an exciting outside sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do:

Use an iPad to deliver engaging sales presentations to homeowners

Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen your sales skills

Customize bath solutions using our easy-to-use design software

Present pricing options and close deals confidently and consistently

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication, organization, and people skills

Previous in-home sales experience is preferred (especially in home improvement or remodeling)

Reliable transportation and residency in the local area

Confident, polished presentation skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced, performance-based environment

Energetic, personable, and comfortable in social situations
