Traveling Lead

N2N Integrations is searching for a motivated, hard working, reliable individual to travel to our various site locations in different states.  They would lead and mentor crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule, while also managing personnel, equipment and materials.  This role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Duties:

• Communicate professionally and clearly with staff and customers.

• Meet with local project POC’s when necessary.

• Advanced knowledge of different cable types.

• Delegate tasks based on project priorities.

• Prepare materials for installation.

• Install fiber optic/copper cabling.

• Terminate RJ-45 on Cat6 Copper cables.

• Patching

• Read, Understand & Explain cut sheets and labels.

• Test and troubleshoot fiber optic cables, for loss and continuity.

• Maintain positive team morale.

• Assist in training of Technician I & II.

• Escalate potential blockers or issues to Foreman.

• Provide Daily Updates through email, with proper provided format to Project management at the end of each shift (more frequently if requested).

• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure proper standards are maintained.

• Ensure proper procedure is always followed.

• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• Any other duties assigned.
