We are hiring for a Human Resources Administrator for our Mountain Top Foam location in Mountain Top, PA.
Salary Range: $44k-$62k
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Maintain positive employee relations; promptly investigate complaints/issues and make recommendations to resolve them; escalate complex and/or sensitive matters as needed.
Responsible for local timekeeping data for payroll processing according to established schedule and procedures.
Produce various reports such as attendance, timecard exceptions, payroll reports, labor hours, and other ad-hoc reports as needed
Handle administrative inquiries from employees and direct to appropriate source of information (self-service portals, HR Shared Services/Benefits); troubleshoot system access
Partner with corporate benefits to assist employees with questions and concerns.
Support local employee events and programs including but not limited to Monthly Birthday Recognition, Service Anniversary Recognition.
Manage local hiring efforts for hourly roles and support hiring of salaried roles as needed
Input & maintain employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity
Assure the accuracy and confidentiality of all personnel records
Support learning and development activities at the facility (delivery, logistics, program tracking, completion, and preparing training documentation, etc.)
Schedule and deliver annual training
Perform other duties as assigned.
