A Day in the Life of an Automotive Technician (but not limited to):

Diagnosis and repair and accurately perform all repairs and maintenance

Execute emissions inspections, safety checks, and similar state-regulated vehicle examinations

Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and all manner of automotive repairs, that you are tasked and qualified to perform.

Communicate clearly and professionally with the group leader and service advisor on recommended repairs and maintenance

Preserve vehicle records by recording all services and repairs performed and recommended

Maintain a clean, safe working environment

Qualifications

 

PA State Inspection Certification Required

Comfortability with all makes and models of vehicles

Valid Driver’s License

Time Management and the ability to work independently

Physical demands include lifting 50+lbs with an extended period of time standing, sitting, and kneeling throughout the workday
