About the Role:

The CCP Training Use Only position is designed to support the development and delivery of specialized training programs within the organization. The primary goal is to ensure that all training materials and sessions meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness for Clearly Clean Products, LLC, enabling employees to acquire critical skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to design, update, and implement training curricula tailored to organizational needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating training outcomes and continuously improving the learning experience. Ultimately, this position contributes to enhancing workforce capabilities and supporting organizational growth through targeted training initiatives.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in training development or instructional design.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency with common training software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPTD, ATD).

Experience with e-learning platforms and digital content creation.

Background in the specific industry relevant to the organization’s focus.

Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS).

Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Develop, organize, and deliver training sessions and materials aligned with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to design effective training programs.

Assess training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics.

Maintain and update training documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Provide support and guidance to trainees throughout the learning process.

Skills:

In this role, strong communication skills are essential for delivering clear and engaging training sessions and for collaborating effectively with subject matter experts. Organizational skills are used daily to manage training schedules, materials, and documentation efficiently. Technical proficiency with training software and e-learning platforms enables the creation and distribution of digital learning content. Analytical skills help in evaluating training outcomes and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, interpersonal skills support providing guidance and support to trainees, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
