Rent-to-Rent Service Technician (Light Construction Equipment Mechanic)

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Rent-to-Rent Service Technician, you’ll play a key role in launching and supporting Warhorse Rentals. Your day-to-day will include:

Performing preventative maintenance & repairs (minor and major) on rental equipment

Diagnosing issues with hydraulics, electrical systems, and mechanical operations

Using root cause analysis to solve problems effectively

Collaborating with Service Advisors and Managers to track repairs, parts, and additional needs

Supporting the growth of a brand-new light construction & aerial equipment rental fleet

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

 

2+ years’ experience as a service technician or mechanic (construction equipment preferred)

Strong skills in hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical diagnostics

Experience with scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and light construction equipment a plus

Basic tools of the trade required

Comfortable with laptops and software (Microsoft Office, internet tools)

Flexible, reliable, and ready to work in varied environments
