About the Role

We’re seeking a polished, results-driven Experienced Salesperson to uphold our commitment to great service and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and build rapport with customers entering the showroom

Close sales with transparency and integrity — no high-pressure tactics

Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining outstanding CSI ratings

Ability to follow Key Auto Process and management team directions

What You Bring:

Minimum 2-3 years of automotive sales experience (Ford experience a plus)

Track record of strong closing skills and superior customer engagement

Clear communicator with a professional and courteous demeanor

Driven self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, customer-first culture

Valid driver’s license and clean driving history
