Job Description:

The Loan Servicing Representative supports the loan processing function by performing a range of administrative and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include inputting loans into the system, tracking collateral insurance, processing paid loan files, and preparing loan reports. The role requires strong knowledge of bank loan products, policies, and compliance regulations. It also involves coordinating with other departments, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the representative provides guidance to team members and assists the supervisor with departmental operations, all while delivering a customer-focused experience aligned with Fidelity Bank’s core values.
